Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill 2023 Why in News? Recently a parliamentary committee has reviewed the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)   2023 bill,  proposing significant changes to India's criminal justice system. Union Home minister and minister of cooperation, Shri Amit shah, has introduced three new bills  in the lok sabha that propose a comprehensive revamp of the country's criminal justice system. These three bills are intended to replace the existing laws: the Indian penal code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC 1973) and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.  • The IPC will be replaced by the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill, 2023. •The CRPC will be replaced by the Bhartiya Nagrik suraksha sanhita bill, 2023. •The Indian Evidence Act will be replaced by the Bhartiya sakshya Bill, 2023. What are periods? (Menstrual cycle) Females aged 11-50 (varies in every case) have periods once every month for a span of 3-7 days. A female’s body prepares itself to carry a baby every month. This is done by the uterus. The uterus forms a thick cushion like layer so as to support a baby. But if no baby happens, then there’s no need for this layer. So this layer (ENDOMETRIAL LINE OF UTERUS) starts shedding automatically and out comes blood. That’s what periods are. Why only girls? So one day there is this little wave, And it's bobbing along the ocean Having a great time and he's enjoying the wind, And the fresh air and the sea and just enjoying going so fast next to all the other waves and he feels like, WOW this will go on forever and he rides all along the ocean, and he never stops until one day he suddenly sees something he Never saw before he sees something that looks like •• A SHORE.
