विराम। बहुत दिन बीत जाते हैं और फिर निकल कर आती है वो बात जिसे वक़्त काफ़ी वक़्त से अपने पीछे रखता हुआ आता हैं। कभी कभी लगता है कि एक ऐसा स्थान होना चाहिए जहाँ से विराम स्पष्ट दिखे और वहाँ से मैं रोज़ उस विराम को इस उम्मीद से देखूँ कि कभी वहाँ जाकर सब समाप्त कर दूँगी, बचा कुचा जान लेने के बाद। कभी कभी विश्व में भरा पूरा जल प्यास नहीं मिटा पाता है, इतने फल फूल क्षुधा नहीं समाप्त कर पाते हैं और प्रेम भी संतुष्टि और पूर्ति के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं होता है। मन पृथ्वी की तरह किसी सूर्य के चक्कर काट रहा होता है, निरन्तर! सूर्य बढ़ता जाता है, निकटतम आता जाता है, ताप से मुझे जलाता जाता है। मेरा सूर्य सांसारिक बातें हैं और मेरा नासमझ मन पृथ्वी। कभी कभी मन करता है उस व्यक्ति का गिरेबान पकड़ लूँ और झकझोड़ दूँ उसे जिसने बनाई बेतुकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँ, असहज रिश्ते, कमज़ोर रक्तसम्बन्ध और बेडौल सामाजिकता। मुझे लगता है या कह लो कहीं न कहीं पता है कि नीतियाँ बनाई गई थीं स्थायित्व लाने के लिए परन्तु अपने अस्थिर स्व को देख मेरी चिंता पहाड़ों की चोटी के अकेलेपन को देखती है, और सोचती है अकेला रहना सुंदर लगने जैसा है। अकेला

What are periods? (Menstrual cycle) Females aged 11-50 (varies in every case) have periods once every month for a span of 3-7 days. A female’s body prepares itself to carry a baby every month. This is done by the uterus. The uterus forms a thick cushion like layer so as to support a baby. But if no baby happens, then there’s no need for this layer. And so the traveller shared his path and also the view that he had. But then the man, he was thinking to himself: The way that the traveller just described it sounds very exhausting.  I need to find another way to climb. So he continued on the foot of the mountain until he met the next traveller.  Once again he asked: how did you climb up that mountain and what did you see on the top?
